Information We collect

We collect and process personal information when you interact with our site:

  • Contact and Newsletter Data: When you use our contact forms or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name (optional) and email.
  • Usage and Technical Data: Through Google Analytics 4 (GA4), we collect information about how you use our site (pages visited, approximate location, device, browser type). GA4 stores anonymized IP data and user-level data for 14 months.
  • CRM and Automations: Form submissions are stored in Notion (our CRM). Information may pass through Make (our automation platform) to deliver messages or route requests.
  • Embedded Media: If you watch an embedded YouTube video, YouTube may collect usage data and set its own cookies (we use privacy-enhanced mode when possible).

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and deliver requested content.
  • Send our newsletter and updates.
  • Improve site performance, security, and analytics.
  • Maintain business records and automate workflows.

We do not sell your personal information.

cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to operate this site. We also use optional cookies and analytics. You can control cookies in your browser settings. If required in your region, we will provide a consent banner to let you accept or reject non-essential cookies.

Data retention

  • Newsletter/Contact Data: kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
  • CRM Records: up to 24 months after last contact, then deleted or archived.
  • Analytics Data: GA4 user-level data is retained for 14 months. Aggregated, non-identifiable data may be kept longer.

your rights

Depending on your location (e.g., EEA, UK, California, Virginia, Colorado, Oregon), you may have rights to:

  • Access and receive a copy of your data.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Opt out of targeted advertising (we do not currently use ads).

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

international data transfers

You data may be processed in the United State or other counties. We rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for transfers outside your country.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures (HTTPS, limited access, account controls) to protect data. No system is 100% secure.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
